  • Circular Design Lab Meet & Greet

The Circular Design Lab is taking part in #BKKDesignWeek! Our first event featured a bit of the CDL's backstory and purpose, as well as sharing from some of our community members. We then held break out small discussion groups where everyone had the chance to connect, share, and talk about what the CDL community might do next (among other things). In case you missed it you can catch up here.

  • Systems Innovation 101 -

    Workshop Part A

    *held live May 13 2021

Part A focused on several core concepts, including ideas that underpin systemic design from systems thinking, the circular economy, and donut economics in an interactive format. This one-hour session will give you something to build on in the next session in June.

  • How Can We Eliminate Plastic Waste? A Panel Discussion with Practitoners

Our June 14 event was split into two sections. The first half featured a panel discussion with a variety of experts sharing ideas for and stories of systems change for plastics. In the latter half, broke out into facilitated discussion groups to give everyone the chance to join the conversation. Thanks to those who came and joined the fun and help push for positive change!

  • Systemic Design for a

    Clean Air Future

    *held live June 16 2021

What are the differences between PM2.5 and PM10? What are the sources of air pollution in Thailand? How can citizens understand the roots of the problem and be a part of advocating solutions? In “Systemic Design for A Clean Air Future: from Air Pollution to Air Assets” workshop organized by Circular Design Lab with the main aim of raising awareness and promoting understanding about air pollution problems, participants will be introduced to critical information about how air pollution affects their health and well-being and take part in initiating solutions through a systemic design process, bearing in mind that we can convert “air pollution” into an “air asset.”

  • Systems Innovation 101 -

    Workshop Part B

    *held live June 19 2021

Part B incorporated new ideas while giving you the chance to practice what you learn and start digging in on a challenge with a small group of participants. For this one we looked at the reports on circularity and the plastics pandemic created in 2020 by WWF and Metabolic for a data driven workshop.
